Cant change language

Hi, ive search the forum for solutions to my problem, but the solutions presented are not helping my case. Each time i try to change the langauge of Newspaper 7, it gets into an infite load. It just hangs and noting hapends.

Ive tried:
1 – Upgrading according to documantation, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
2 – Deactivating every plugin
3 – Ive never had Wordfence plugin
4 – Ive got Newspaper v. 7,3
