Can't change margin/padding between rows

When i add rows to my site i can’t change the gap/space below or above the row in CSS settings. i see som changes in editor mode, but on live site its all the same.

How can i change space between rows?

PS! I have turned off cache.

Hi,

You could use negative margins, for example by default these two rows look like this

If you were to set a negative margin top for the bottom row like this
– http://prntscr.com/mky6cw
The space between the rows will be reduced.
