Can't change the color of the home page on a mobile theme

Hi. Can’t change the color of the home page on a mobile theme. When i change color in theme panel mobile theme changes happen only in posts, not on main page. It retains the standard color settings, although they are set differently in the theme panel.

I figured out that the problem happens after I use CSS Analyzer. When i remove generated CSS everything becomes ok.
