Can't create a basic "subscribe" btn

Hi everyone,

I have created this very basic form: http://10minhotel.com/home-tmp/ but I can’t get it to work. I tried all the possible option and I don’t receive the email after the form is being submitted. I have of course already tried to play with all the seting such as “send email to Adminitrator” or “sent to Custom email”.

I also tried to use one of the prebuild “subscribe” template, but there is a bug that prevent me from adding a template. Once I select my template and click on “Import the template”, the confirmatio, boxes appears behind the modal. So I can’t confirmed the import.

Any idea how to get my basic form to properly work?

Hello Tony!

Then it should work well. WordPress is the responsible one, which should send the emails. Please contact your host and ask about the permissions and configuration of your email client.

Thanks for the tips and it seems that you were right. However, I haven’t contacted my host, I have instead setup the WP Mail SMTP Plugin and it worked perfectly!
