Cant disable sticky menu

So, I imported a header template, and I turned off the sticky menu, but it didnt work https://imgur.com/2EPMnaZ, I still have the sticky menu https://sakugacentral.com/

Hello !

The option in the picture only allow the sticky header to be editable on composer. You will have to enable that and delete all the content of it in order to not have it: https://www.screencast.com/t/20ZIdDuXU
