Can't download latest version of Newspaper

I got this message when I tried to download version 7.1.1 “Access to this resource was forbidden by the server”. What could be the reason?

Didn’t look like a browser problem as I was able to download other things normally. So far I saw the problem was with Themeforest server as the download was extremely slow and gradually went down to 0kb speed and then disconnected giving error message. It happened a few times. It was a waste of time.

I tried after a few hours and it downloaded without any issue. So it’s all well now. Thanks.
