Can't edit a particular block

Hi, There is something wrong with TD composer homepage editing.
I applied ‘News magazine’demo, and there is ‘latest articles’ block above footer.
but that ‘latest articles’ block is positioned out of <content zone>. so I can’t edit that block in TD composer.
next is a code bottom line of my homepage.
I’m almost outlander at website and coding, please answer in details. Thanks.

The latest articles option and related posts come from WordPress not from Newspaper Theme. You can disable it from here as you can see: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH
