Can't edit pages with visual composer anymore

i’ve been updating my pages with visual composer but now i can’t

its only giving me this options

Hello cookingpanda,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Visual Composer 4.12.1 which come bundled with thew latest version of the theme. If you are not using that version, please try to update the plugin, clear all your caches and test it again and check the results.

i see no updates on my Visual Composer 4.12.1 ill try to download

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (7.4) and if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, please provide there this link so we can easily identify you.
