It appears that under your Watch Now section you have a Latest Articles section and the latest articles section provided by the page template can’t be moved – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-page-templates/ it will always appear at the bottom of the page and it will use pagination.
A solution is to choose the default page template for the page in question, then add a block called latest articles and sorted by latest (which will function the same way basically) in the location you want. You can choose from the default blocks

Or use a flex block and it’s options to customize how it looks

Alson on the side you have page widgets wich can be edited by going to Appearance – Widgets

In order to change the information from that tab you have to click on it using the tagDiv Composer and in the left panel you will find the slots to change social urls like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/5p3Ema0srCg.
