Can't find QUOTES shortcodes in editor dropdown

Just purchased and installed. LOVE the theme – great work! However, I can’t see any shortcodes for quotes. The dropdown has a handful of short codes and that’s it. Please help. You will find them just to the left under “Formats”.

Highlight the text you want as a quote then click the menu “Formats” go down to “Quotes” and select which type you require.
