Can't find sample Child Theme

The documentation for Child Theme Support states:

A sample child theme is available in the /code/ folder in the package that you downloaded form Themeforest.

I can’t find this in the zip file I downloaded.

I’m also having trouble creating a child theme because I can’t find the template name.
