can't form IE 10/IE11 compatibility to Newspaper X Theme – scaling error

Hi there,

There seem to be a awesome compatibility on Firefox, Chrome, Edge then Mobile definitely everywhere but none in IE 10 and IE11. Or it seems that due a lack of scaling of the header Picture everything else down there can crumbled up.

Can you confirm and maybe support what I need to do here?
