Cant get facebook social counter to work

Hello,

I cannot get the social counter to work.

I have done the steps in the manual and gotten all the details for facebook token.

Do I have to insert some code on the website as well?

Or should it work by just following the guide?

I have tried both with the widget and the visual composer module.

@MarcusFuto I’ve checked your site an Social Counter works fine now: http://screencast.com/t/MrfAjdb8Ck

@Smanchi try to clear all caches then test the site again, also you can try with a different facebook id and check how it works.

Solved!
All : Facebook id should be lowercase.

I updated both theme and social counter plugin to latest version and it worked like a charm 🙂
