Can't get Newspaper Theme Activate Tag to Come up in WP Admin

After deleting and reinstalling the TagDiv Newspaper X theme, the Activate Tab does not show to Activate the Theme!

The theme on this Domain has never been Activated. Domain: jackandjill.com

I believe it was Activated on another website but the website was discontinued and deleted. Domain: bloggermagazine.online

I am only going to use the theme on this new Domain: jackandjill.com.

Please make delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer plugin.
