When I scroll down the page, the header remains sticky as desired, but instantly another menu appears underneath with background image and color border.
I’m using MagazinePRO as template.
Can’t find where are the settings to edit or disable it.

Okay I got it. It works.
Now, how or where can I edit how it appears? It looks like a flying logo+menu.
Where can I add border?
I can select the element (logo or menu) into the tagdiv composer, then css and add border, switch color. Okay, but it affects the header state.
When scrolled and sticky, it don’t.
