Can’t get shortcode to work

Shortcode appears below the footer. Have tried using the TD Composer with the Title-Text block and Custom HTML block but does not work on that page.

Another page running Newspaper on a different site a test page works perfectly

Both sites appear to be running same Newspaper theme details. I have attempted to load both in TD Composer and in the default WP Editor and get the same result. Just reaching out to see if there are any ideas there.

I cannot insert new rows in the TD Composer on either theme and have gotten it there by duplicating rows and content, then changing them.

I got the shortcode issue working.

Still can’t get it where I can fully edit the TD Composer blocks adding elements.

Can only duplicate one, then modify that one to fit whatever I’m working on which wasn’t the way I’ve worked with it before.

ISSUE SOLVED: Redis Object Cache cause of issue in case you need to flag that plugin. I was not aware it had been installed on the server changeover.
