Can't Go to Next Page of Posts

When I scroll to the bottom of my blog and select the 2, 3, 4, etc page number at the bottom it doesn’t take me where it should. It just refreshes the page. I’m not sure why that is the case.

I’ve deactivated my plugins one by one while turning off my Cloudflare to try and find the issue but I’ve had no luck.

Do you guys think it’s theme related or am I simply missing something here?

It appears it was the AMP plugin from Google as I can now click pages with that deactivated.

For anyone that has the same issue, I’d look at that.
