Can't install Mobile Theme or AMP plug-in

Hi tagDiv,

I’m not able to install the mobile theme or AMP plug-in. When I click “install” on either box, a gray screen appears with the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Please ignore, I resolved the issue. Deactivating all the plug-ins, installing the Mobile Theme, and then activating everything back seemed to have worked!
