Can't install theme on site. Have "Call to undefined function"

Hello. Need help installing a theme.

After activating I can see only text of post, and in comment`s place have an error:
Without activated standart pack:
Error

With activated standart pack:
Error

P.S. This is 5th license, and I haven’t any problems before.
