Can't not update. Text not visible when typing

WP fails attempts to update to the latest edition of NewsMag.
When typing a post nothing is visible. Like typing on white paper with with ink. The Text tab will not work. Help!

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again. Also make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/

NO SUCCESS
1. deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer–DID
