Hi
Please make sure that you added a correct link in user website field: http://screencast.com/t/oUVpqqpSqjZK also try to deactivate all plugins, clear all caches and test again.
If this is not what you mean or the problem persist, please provide more details and your site url so I can inspect it closer.
