I have WP on a staging url locally. The only additional plugin I installed was the yoast duplicate post which I needed to clone the imported demo pages and configure them. I’m on the landing page with tagDiv editor but if I click the Manager button, the zone manager doesnt open. Clicking it also gives an error in the chrome console:

Can you please do a text using only tagDiv plugins? Also, check if you have any restriction deny code in the htaccess file or other files that can restrict the website access.
