Hi,
I don’t understand why, but it looks like the template used to display products on my website is the original placed in woocommerce plugin folder and not the one in my child theme, neither the one in Newspaper.
Any idea ?

Hello,
Unfortunately the woocommerce files do not work with the child theme. Here is a list of files truculently supported by the child theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
As the documentation suggests we try to improve our child theme support with every update. We hope in a future version we can implement more child theme support with our themes.
