Cant register new theme: The envato API is down and we can't verify your purchas

I’ve installed Newspaper but when it gets to activating it I only get ‘The envato API is down and we can’t verify your purchase code’. However – I’ve got the code and emailed support a while ago.
Any help appreciated.

For this problem please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com please include wp-admin access and the license key. We’ll inspect the problem and try to fix it as soon as possible.

Hi – I’ve given access to WP and also to cPanel. You should have received links but the only email I had was contact@ (which was also used for WordPress and cPanel). Do I put the details in this thread?

Hi Andy, if I remember correctly the problem was resolved -> https://i.imgur.com/gFGR0z7.png also please do not share your private details here on forum, because all users that have an account can see them (I removed the essential content).
