Can't remove the "About Fast News" line below the categories bar.

I cannot remove the three links below the categories bar – “About Fast News” “Privacy Policy” and “Contact.” I would like to keep Privacy policy and contact and edit both. I want to get rid of “About Fast News.” I’m told it’s a widget, but I cannot find it. Can anyone help?
