“Click here – to select or create a menu” this message appears when you have set a menu element in header, but you do not have assigned any menu for it, usually this can be assigned using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/zMcBcpO.png or for classic header it can be set from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/ADMERcM.png
