You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

I had do this all. result is the same.
I had deleted all plugins, it’s only tagDiv Composer activ. i can’t save my changes.
Was this issue solved? Looking at various posts, I’m so unsure whether to update to latest WordPress and theme version.
