Not sure whats going on but, I have spoken to server support and we have everything runnning fine from their end but, I noticed that my background image had disappeared and when I went to check in the theme panel, the image lnk was broken. I re added and it t wont save anything at all and just times out.

Please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Also, provide there the Cpanel access for more further investigations.
