Hello,
Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I have the same issue. I tried deactivating all plugins but the issue persists. Here (https://ibb.co/N7j5ptv) is a screenshot of the error that is being triggered. Can you help please?
Thanks
Hello @ctrlinternet,
Can you let us know what theme version are you running? Do you use another page builder? Please do a test using the theme plugins and other plugins that are tested with it=> https://www.screencast.com/t/pvYP8ffHa clear all cache and see if the problem persists.

Hello,
I just want to notify that it seemes that there is JS problem that can brake Jquery function. I identify that because I’m using a CMP that gives warning on their dashboard for everything that can cause problem with their plugin (that needs Jquery to run correctly).
Can you check it from your side please?
the error is : Uncaught_TypeError:_fbq_getState_is_not_a_fucntion on line 6 of https://www_mondedestoutous_com/wpcontent/plugins/td_composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme_min_js
Hello,
I checked that file so I unminify that js and I consider it to refer to that part of js => https://i.imgur.com/I2ugZlq.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I managed to resolve the issue. It was ModSecurity in cpanel that was causing the issue. I informed the web hosting company and they whitelisted some IPs.
Thanks
Hello,
@Thami I will ask a developer for more information. Also, please if you can do a test like this, delete all tagDiv plugins, reinstall them from the Newspaper plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/afkeDvDioeI and activate, and make a new test only with tagDiv plugins and CMP plugin and see if the warning appears. If yes, please let us know the steps and what CMP plugin use for tests.
@ctrlinternet
I’m glad that you managed to solve your issue in the end.
Thank you!
Hello Anamaria,
I did what you ask me for, but the warning is still their. I’m using Complianz premium as CMP and it still working well (as I said it’s just a warning) That I was thiniking to be the reason for the problem faced and shared on that post.
Thank you.
