Can't scroll down to adjusting columns below at tagDiv Composer mode

Hi, I am using Newspaper template with . When I entered tagDic Composer mode, the scroll bar is missing so I can’t scroll down to edit the columns below.
fail to scroll down

Can anyone help suggest how to scroll down in tagDiv Composer mode? Thank you.

Hello,

If you have some extra plugins, then they can cause this issue. Have you tried using the mouse wheel?
I suggest you to start looking for a plugin conflict.

I uninstall all other plugins but it still doesn’t work. But the mouse can work.Thanks
