Hi We are using the background as an ad but on mobile you cant see it even though i have an image set for mobile background in the theme panel. Can this be fixed and if so what can i do?

The mobile version of the site cannot have a background. The background is shown on desktop and tablets landscape. Starting from tablets portrait, you will not be able to see the background at all as there is no enough space for it. The mobile background you added is probably for the menu but the background ad does not work on mobiles.

Ok I understand what your saying but, when I shrink my screen to be smaller or view it on a smaller monitor like my client is viewing it on, he can’t see the ads in the background. Unfortunately there in much we can do in this regard as the theme have a fixed width by 1164px if the screen have a width higher then 1021px which is the breakpoints for tablets.
