Cant signed in after sign in to site

Hi, i had site running Newspaper 8 and WordPress 4.8 but i cant see if i was signed in even retry sign in several times and also cant see admin bar but i still can access admin dashboard.

If you cannot login as admin in your website, there are some solutions that you can try
