I recently registered my Newspaper theme, but after trying to submit new content on the Entries section of WordPress, it gives me a 500 error. Do you know what could be the cause of this? We’ve been using the free version of this for years at this point, and now we were required to buy it, but now things like submitting new entries do not work.

Also, please make sure the issue is not from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
