Can't use Ad Rotate!

I would like the ad in my header to rotate and I understand that the best way to do this is using the Ad Rotate plugin? If so, I just can’t seem to be able to use it and would really appreciate step-by-step instructions please…

We basically add the shortcode into the actual header template, or post template where we want it.

We didn’t tested the plugin and we can’t provide an accurate answer in this regard.
