When I select a block from the cloud library, and click “IMPORT SECTION” – the box doesn’t disappear, hiding the “Are you sure you want to import this template” box.

Most of the time when this is happening it is do to a plugin conflict.
Can you please do a test using only tagDiv plugins? Most of users found out that an extra plugin that they have enabled was interfered with the theme options.
Also, there are other cases when there are errors in console, those need to be investigated.

Same issue occurs on both live site and staging site with non-tagdiv plugins removed.
