I want to use hex codes directly to be sure that same colors are exactly the same.
Colors can be adjusted in two way:
* Change Colors Using Hex Codes
* Change Colors Using RGBA
On my site I can’t use the hex code directly, the hex code box in missing! How to solve this?

Make sure that you are using the latest theme version of the theme and WordPress and then, ensure that the theme has been correctly installed via FTP way because this is the surest theme method in this case. Also, if the problem is still there and if the HEX section does not appears, please make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Thanks for your fast response, just found out what causes the problem. The plugin TinyMCE Comment Field – WYSIWYG gives a conflict with the theme panel. Deactivate the plugin loads the hex code box.
