Can't use Visual Editor

Hi.

When i try to make a change in the text, for example, from H3 to H2, the Visual Editor is not responding. The buttons are not reacting to my commands.

Hello kanal1,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version which comes bundled with the theme core files and then, checks your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, make sure that you are using the latest WordPress version if you want to bring good results.
