cant write text or choose post template

Hi,
i cant add a page or a post in FIREFOX (in chrome it works).
I cant go to the text area (also the sidebar section in the text are isnt shown in firefox).
I also cant choose a post template – something wrong….
all other newspaper installation i have are working fine, only this one (www.cityboost.de) have this issue.
some idea?

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,

I have made some tests with the theme and latest version of Firefox, everything is working properly. There is no problem creating posts and pages, selecting a post template or anything else like that.

Try disabling all browser extensions and clear the browser cache
– https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
Try if possible to test on a different computer using Firefox. Let us know the results.

I can´t believe – IT WORKS…..
I deinstalled FIREFOX – installed it new – but the Cache seems NOT to be cleared on that way…..
