Hello,
In the front end form submission, using the form-gallery shortcode, my users are able to upload photos. How can they also add captions (credits) to these?
Even for the File Upload (Image type), there seems to be no way to add a caption/ credit / source for the image.

Unfortunately, you can not add captions to images for that gallery.
