When I put the infinite infinite loading or load more choice, not all post charge.
There is a limit?
If the option is normal pagination, then if you load all the posts on different pages.

Hi,
Please check your console for errors I suspect the infinite load pagination doesn’t work. Also check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if it works.
I have checked this on my side and did not found any issues, even if you use this kind of pagination instead of classic, it should load all the posts from that category. You can control only the number of posts to be displayed per page – http://screencast.com/t/RQ9JngNo
