Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean. Do you want to display H3 or H4 in the sidebar? By default the title heading for Widgets in Sidebar is H4 and the theme does not allow you to change it from the panel, sorry! You should edit the theme core files and change the HTML for this, which is not a simple task, sorry! I want the sidebar displayed only 2 of the column “Cosmetic oils” and “Spices”. But when I put a widget with popular categories, only those that are in the main menu are displayed. But I need to put other headings in the sidebar.
The popular category widget will pick categories with the most posts in them. This cannot be controlled, it will automatically display categories which have more posts then others. There is no relation to the menus, the menus will not influence the widget.
You could try different category widgets which would allow you to show only particular categories. I believe there are plugins for that.
