Hi,

Each demo has it’s own style that is custom made for it. However it is entirely possible to recreate it.
The homepage is a a page created in Visual composer with the following elements that you mention
The Must read section is block 5 on a full row

The Latest articles is block 9 on 2 columns

All the font properties for these elements can be modified as well, in the theme panel
