IS there a shortcode or a URL built in that displays all categories
i tried /categories but i got a 404

Let me rephrase, my permalinks work just fine,
I am just wondering if there is a Page where it displays ALL the categories saved…
so not display the articles from each category, but display the category titles.

Hi,
You can try using the Cloud Templates and create your own custom Category template, using the TD Composer. There you can use any block you want and sort your categories as you want.
