I am attempting to get one of my category pages to just show a thumbnail and the title. I have achieved this with my RING section but wish to replicate it with my SUITS AND STYLE section.
I have ensured that all settings are identical but for some reason the changes i make to the sections through the theme panel do not seem to be responding.
PLease can you assist.

Do ensure that the slider is turned off on the Suits & Style category and all subcategories in Theme Panel -> Categories -> Suits and Style, etc. Then clear your cache if you’re using one, and purge your CDN cache if you’re using one. If it’s not the cache, I’m not sure what it is and we’ll have to wait for support. 🙂

Unfortunately I tried clearing the cache but it has not resolved the issue.
I am hoping someone from the theme team will get back to me as soon as they can 🙂

Sorry for the delay! If the settings are not saved you have to increase the max_input_vars = 1000; value inside the php.ini file to max_input_vars = 5000;.
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file please contact the host administrator and let him know about this issue.

I am the administrator but I dont know where to access this file. WOuld I need to go through my FTP CLient or can it be found through the editor?

You need to contact your web hosting provider as the php.ini file sits “above” your account; meaning it’s not part of the public root which is normally seen via FTP. Depending on your web hosting account type, you may be able to change that setting under your web hosting control panel. See the help info for your hosting account on how to edit hosting settings; it’s generally on the same screen where you would set things like an SSL cert, memory limit, and the like. It’s not part of WordPress or the theme.
