Hello, there is the possibility to display even in modules the background color assigned to the categories ?

Hi,
There is no option for that, in modules the categories will be always a predefined color. You could change the category tags on modules with custom CSS. Use the browser inspector to identify the classes used, and create custom code

How can i put javascript inside tagdiv builder ?

Hi,
The tagDiv composer does not yet have a specific javascript element. This element might be available in a future update. More elements and features will be added to the composer. However, I cannot say exactly when this will happen.
