Is there any chance that I can custom link for category?
For example, when I click the “Interview” (Category) on the post, it will normally open /www.domainname.com/category/interview/, but I want it to open http://www.mypage.com/interview.
Is this possible.

Also the Instagram footer can I’ve more than just 12 images?
I’ve set it to 2 rows with 8 cols but the I only got 12 images, which I expect to have 16 images.

Our theme does not change the permalink structure of wordpress. If you want to redirect a link to anything else you can create a custom link for your menu items from the wordpress menu section or you can use a redirect plugin.
As for the Instagram, 8 is the maximum number of images that can be shown on one row.

I also have another question, does block 4 support read more tag?
As you can see on the top of the page, it doesn’t work.
I try to set the content length in theme panel, but it not work very well in thai language.

The Instagram widget can only show a maximum of 8 images per row and the total number of images is decided by Instagram. The widget only pulls information from Instagram, it cannot grab any more images than what Instagram provides. If you want to show less images, you can use the settings, but you cannot have 12 images on 1 row. You can however show 6 images in a row and have to rows of 6 for a total of 12 images. It seems instagram is limited to 12 images as I get the same result on my end no matter the Instagram ID
As for the second question, block 4 does not have the read more tag as you can see here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-4/
I could not find any block 4 on your site though. Please provide more details to what is not working.
