Hello There,
Category definitions are top of the page so i want to put them before footer how can i do that?
Second issue is 
how can i fix this issue?

Hi,
Seems the excerpt is breaking out of the container. I inspected the category page you mention and I see this issue

The text in the excerpt contains a huge amount of non-breaking spaces for some reason.

Edit the post in question, remove the nbsp characters, that would solve the problem.
