I have defined category field to All categories but it shows no posts, only when I select a category it works.
I have this in error log:

Hello,
So, I understand you have set the filer on block 3 to All categories, and then you get this error.
Please try to add again the block and made the same settings and see if the error appears.
Also, please let me know what version of the theme (if you have a child theme) and plugins and version of the PHP you have on your server.
