For menu, please check the structure, because you do not need to set here pages; you can set only the parent category -> https://i.imgur.com/KYqBllI.png
If Anime News is the primary category, then you need to add only the category, enable the mega menu (https://i.imgur.com/0YwgORv.png), and delete the subitems.
For fonts, do you use a plugin for optimization?

This do not work because my GDPR Plugin (Borlabs Cookie) blocks Google Fonts because in the EU it is forbidden to implement Google Fonts (because they send data to Google).
