Category ID not visible in add category page’s table of categories
I only see the name, description, slug and posts count.

yes, am aware of this.
but am looking to have the ability to order my categories by being able to see the ID and edit the numbers so I can order them by ID.

Unfortunately this option is not available at the moment with Newspaper Theme.
